Wendy and I would like to thank you and Mr.Gasman (Peter) for the exceptional service and attention to detail he gave in selling and installing a Log Gas Fire in our lounge room. We had been told previously it could not be done because of space considerations but Peter sensing my disappointment recommended a smaller heater (a Rinnai Saphire ) and said he would instruct his tradesmen to fit with particular care. We have been delighted with the result and confident that the Rinnai will meet our requirements.

After many recent disappointing experiences with tradesmen, Matt and Peter from Mr Gasman were like a burst of fresh air! Their punctuality, reliability, honesty, pleasantness and "can do" attitudes to our gas heating problems gave us reassurance and confidence. Peter was amazing the way he took control and got things done. We can't thank him enough. The whole team at Mr Gasman are great to deal with, friendly and positive! It is so nice to find such a reliable and honest family-run business in this often unscrupulous world. Thanks, guys.

Firstly tracy on the phone was great. I was in a pickle. My heater had broken and i was at a loss on what to do. I called and they sent someone out within an hour. They were understanding of my financial situation and they still helped me to the full of their ability. The tech was lovely, he brought in a sheet to kneel on so he didnt dirty my carpet as well as removing his shoes. Very considerate!!! He fixed everything and went on his way.

I had Peter from Mr gasman come out to fix my heater tonight. Not only was the service prompt he fixed the issue within 10 minutes something that 2 other gas plumbers said was too hard to fix. Highly recommended and very reasonable rates.

The quote was very competitive and on the date of installation all tradesmen arrived onsite on time again and completed the work very quickly including the removal of the old water heater.

Contacted Mr Gasman when my air conditioner failed in January. Mr Gasman responded quickly and provided a no nonsense and easy to understand assessment of the issue. After agreeing to the work Pete and his team turned up when they said the would and completed the job as promised and with no fuss. Even taking the time to explain how to best operate the air con. Very happy with the service.

We have had gas ducted heating, gas hot water and a gas fireplace installed by the guys from Mr Gasman.
