I couldn’t fault Mr Gasman’s staff from the initial enquiry to the installation of our Coonara inbuilt wood fire.
Tracey in the shop was always helpful, knowledgeable and responded to emails etc promptly.
Jake, and his apprentice Monty, did a fabulous job installing the unit under very difficult conditions because the chimney in one spot was too narrow to accommodate the metal flu. They cleaned up after themselves before they headed away.
A big thank you all round 🤗

The Mr Gasman team provided outstanding customer service from booking the service with the lovely Tracey on the phone, right through to the installation of the unit on the day.
The whole process was smooth and well-organised, with clear communication every step of the way.
On the day of service Jake and team were punctual, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain how the evaporative cooler works and its functionality.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks again Mr Gasman.
Highly recommend!

When researching putting aircon into our house the staff were extremely helpful no matter how many questions I had or how many times I went back to ask another question. They were the only company who actually got into the roof space and lifted tiles to give me a quote. Come installation day they turned up on time and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. All rubbish was taken away and the property was left clean and tidy, even down to vacuuming the carpets where they worked. We highly recommend them for all heating and aircon requirements you may have.

We had a great experience on Monday when Peter and Monty came to service our heater. They were thorough, professional and very easy to deal with.

Highly recommend this company and especially recommend Jake. He came and pulled out my old gas heater in a flash. Gave me some advice on how to patch up the old space and gave us some other tips on some of the things we were renovating. Super helpful friendly and down to earth. Cheers

We had Mr Gasman recommended to us after being "underwhelmed" by another company we had quote us for a gas fireplace. Mr Gasman were completely professional from the quote through to installation and final handover. They even came on Good Friday to complete the job. Great people, very neat in their work, great price and just an overall top experience. Can't recommend more highly.

I purchased a Gas log fire and couldn't be happier with the product and service. A local company that I'm more than happy to support.

Purchased a new Brivis evaporative cooler from Mr Gasman Mornington a few years back. So happy with the previous service I had Mr Gasman replace my old hot water heater with a new Rinnai instant gas hot water service. Customer service from Mr Gasman is second to none. Just goes to prove that dealing with
a local, friendly, honest, family owned business is the only way to go as you develop an ongoing trustworthy relationship. Thank you Peter & Tracey and your loyal team.
