I had Peter from Mr gasman come out to fix my heater tonight. Not only was the service prompt he fixed the issue within 10 minutes something that 2 other gas plumbers said was too hard to fix. Highly recommended and very reasonable rates.

Firstly tracy on the phone was great. I was in a pickle. My heater had broken and i was at a loss on what to do. I called and they sent someone out within an hour. They were understanding of my financial situation and they still helped me to the full of their ability. The tech was lovely, he brought in a sheet to kneel on so he didnt dirty my carpet as well as removing his shoes. Very considerate!!! He fixed everything and went on his way.

A brief note to say thank you for the exception service I received from the team at Mr Gasman. Peter arrived on time as agreed for the initial meeting to inspect the installation and provide a quote and provided good advice on the type of unit required. The quote was very competitive and on the date of installation all tradesmen arrived onsite on time again and completed the work very quickly including the removal of the old water heater.

It is great to see such good and friendly service today and I would happily recommend Mr Gasman to any of my friends and people looking to replace their water heater.
